The Calm Before the Storm?

The seventeenth campaign drew to a close this evening with no change between the three organizations, prompting analysts to announce that we may be witnessing the build-up to a renewed offensive.

"It's unusual, considering the agressive behavior between the three organizations" SEED analyst Carmen MacNamara stated in a briefing to the S.O.S. governing board. "We have seen a steady increase in conflict between the organizations leading up to this week, but no territory has changed hands over the past seven days."

Ms. MacNamara theorized that the current situation is an unstable tension point between the organizations, with a struggle playing out in a way that S.O.S. analytics is unable to perceive.

"Current analytics have focused on the use of individual SEEDs, but we could be seeing a transition to larger scale tactics, with a focus on influence beyond the SEED level. We are studying the situation, and will release additional information as we acquire it."
